Here the drawing is for the child and the word under it is for the adult, printed in outline letters so it can be colored as well as read. In the Spanish edition that word is Spanish, in the English edition English.

Yes, in any number, and no permission or credit is needed. Ten pages from the book are free here in US Letter and A4. They may not be sold, put behind a paywall, or gathered into a collection passed on as someone else's work.
Do the English and Spanish editions have the same drawings?
Yes. The drawings are identical and only the word under each one differs, which means a bilingual room can run both editions side by side on the same subject.
What ages does it suit in a mixed group?
One to three years old, and the pages hold up across that range because each drawing is large and simple. A child who scribbles and a child who aims at the shape can work on the same page without either one being lost.
